Panel Gets a Facelift

Need a panel refurbished, rebuilt, and cleaned up? We offer all of the above in order to improve your current panels quickly and efficiently.

This panel came in from a large food and beverage company and it required some attention. With a requested turn around time of less than 24 hours, Eric Jolly, our Sr. Systems Designer & Installer, accomplished the following in only a few hours:

• Complete simplification and rewire
• Addition of new sealing gaskets around the door
• Replacement of all cable glands, damaged cabling and wiring, door latches, bushings, etc.
• Addition of wire way for incoming power and pilot devices
• Addition of heat shrink to unprotected wires rubbing against seal-tite fittings

Additionally, Eric programmed and installed a new AB drive to replace the current damaged unit.
